![]() ![]() To help and avoid some of the exploits with having players out of position, the team is adding in a need for a backup running back on your team.In addition, since they’re requiring an extra running back, they’re adding in a little buffer for that as well. This goes with having more quality players in the game and thus boosting it to go with that. The Salary Cap mode will have its cap raised from 825 to 950.That being said, he will be competent sniffing plays out and should be okay in pass coverage, this just is not quite what I would want out of a base 91 overall. I think he still plays on an Eagles theme team, but his 83 speed is not great for user control, and the 61 block shed means he’s really shaky dealing with the run. He has 83 speed, 88 acceleration, 85 agility, 78 strength, 87 jumping, 87 awareness, 87 play recognition, 61 block shed, 88 pursuit, 91 tackling, 85 power, 76 man coverage and 83 zone coverage. Hicks is another Eagles linebacker added to the pile in the last week. This also goes for pass plays where nothing really stands out either. I would expect Freeman’s price to continue falling because he’s just not good enough to stand out in really any scenarios. His 83 carry will certainly scare some people, and rightfully so because fumbles are a big part of MUT with all the big hitters out there. He’s got the NFL 100 guys to compete with, and he’s not even a slam dunk on a theme team either. It’s tough out here for Freeman right now. A terrific card if it’s the last Limited we get for Blitz.įreeman is an elusive running back with 90 speed, 89 acceleration, 92 agility, 85 jumping, 71 catching, 83 trucking, 86 elusiveness, 86 spin move, 93 juke move, 83 carry and 84 break tackle. He’s not going to reach the status of some of the NFL 100 guys, but he’s a slam dunk on a Broncos theme team, and he’s overall just a great looking card. His abilities may be a little handicapped due to being a run stopper archetype, but he’s got good speed, terrific overall run attributes, and his base pass rush stats are quality. He’s been great all season so he deserves this card, but it really does stand out. I know Chubb already has fans based on his Team of the Week card, but this version is even more awesome. However, I want to first start with the last Limited card that went up over the weekend.īradley Chubb is a run stopper archetype with 86 speed, 89 acceleration, 80 agility, 93 strength, 88 jumping, 90 awareness, 90 play recognition, 91 pursuit, 91 block shed, 89 tackling, 92 power, 85 power move and 90 finesse move. We should get new Legends tomorrow, so we’ll be back for those. The Madden team dropped a little Salary Cap info on us today for Good Morning Madden, and we also got our usual batch of Flashbacks. He also has 3DRB credentials so the Eagles theme team looks like an easy sell for Sproles. His speed is only 85, but he’s small and very nimble so I think he’s still going to be viable as a returner at the very least. The Saints already have oodles of options at running back, and the Chargers have one of the best running back in the game in Gordon, but Sproles could have other uses. Sproles has played on the Chargers, Saints and Eagles. ![]() ![]() He has a clear role, and he should be able to play it if you want him in the box or throwing some big hits over the middle. He’s not incredibly fast or an amazing tackler, but that’s fine for this card. He can be a run stopper of sorts, and isn’t so helpless in other areas that he won’t help out your team themes. In Swearinger’s case, that means Houston, Arizona, Tampa Bay, Washington and presumably Oakland soon enough. Starting with the Swearinger, it’s first worth saying the appeal of a lot of these cards is that they can go to various team-specific squads. As per usual, we got a couple new Veterans today to look at in Madden NFL 20 MUT: D.J. ![]()
